It’s been an incredible journey since we first opened our doors. If you’ve stopped by our north boulder coffee shop lately, you might have noticed things are moving a little faster (and smelling a lot more like fresh coffee). We’re pumped to say it: Ruzo Coffee catering is now available for online ordering.

Freshly Roasted, Weekly

We roast our beans right here every week, so your event coffee is the same fresh, small-batch stuff we serve in the shop—just scaled for your crew. Want to lear more abput our roasts? Go to the Ruzo Roasts page.

Everything You Need (Pickup at Broadway)

We keep it simple: hot coffee or cold brew, and we include the whole setup—cups, lids, sleeves, stir sticks, sugar, and creamer. Your order is packaged and ready for pickup at our Broadway storefront, so you can grab it and roll.

Catering for 5 to 100 People

We’ve got packages from Tiny (5–8 people) all the way up to Large (up to 100 people)—with a few perfectly practical sizes in between.

Online ordering is live for events up to 100 people here: Catering Pre-Order Page. If you’re hosting more than 100, contact us directly and we’ll dial in a custom plan.

Perfect for the Boulder Community

Catering is perfect for local schools, office meetings, HOAs, or a backyard get-together—basically anywhere people gather and say, “Wait… is there coffee?”

Ruzo Coffee Bulk Bags for Pick Up

Need coffee without the whole catering setup? We’ve also got 5lb bulk bags—perfect for offices, teachers’ lounges, or home brewing when you’re tired of running out.

They’re available for all our roasts:
