Ruzo Catering: FAQ
How do I pick up my order?
Just head to the counter at your scheduled time and tell the cashier your name. We’ll have everything ready for you!
Where do I pay?
You can pay when you place your order via the website. Your order will be marked as prepaid, and you can show up at the storefront at the designated time and walk out with everything ready to go.
How long can I keep the coffee pots?
Please return all pots and supplies within 48 hours of your pickup time. Just bring them back to the counter and let a staff member know you’re returning catering items.
What happens if a pot is lost or damaged?
We trust our community to handle our equipment with care! However, please note that any unreturned or significantly damaged 2.5-gallon insulated pots will incur a $250 replacement fee per item.
What kind of coffee do you serve?
We use our own freshly roasted beans. For more info on our current roasts, check out ruzocoffee.com/ruzo-roasts.
Are cups, lids, and creamers included?
Supplies like cups, lids, stir sticks, and creamer are available upon request or for purchase at pickup. If you need something last minute, just let us know when you arrive!
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens! If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, there is no charge. If you cancel on the day of your order, you will be responsible for the full amount since the coffee has already been prepped for you.
What if I’m running late for pickup?
No worries—we’ll hold your order for you. If you’re running behind, give us a call at (303) 953-8402.
Do you have allergy information?
Our coffee is just beans and water, but our shop handles milk, nuts, and gluten. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment, so please let us know if you have specific concerns when ordering!
Do you deliver?
Currently, all catering orders are for pick-up only at our Broadway shop.
