By checking the box, you confirm and understand Ruzo has a 24 hour cancellation policy. You cannot cancel your order day of. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of the pick up time listed on your order, you will be charged the full price as the order has been prepared and will go to waste.

Equipment Loan: You are borrowing 2.5gal insulated dispensers.
Return Policy: Equipment must be returned undamaged within 48hrs.
Replacement Authorization: You authorize Ruzo Coffee to charge you a $250 replacement fee per unreturned pot if the 48h deadline is missed.
Collections: Unpaid equipment fees will be referred to collections.
